Instructional Systems Design 3D-VLEARNT development evaluation is cyclic; each step is verified through rigorous testing metrics, and then revised and implemented to meet specific learning objectives. Finished programs are then field tested by an independent group to ensure all client and student needs are met. This ISD process is standard for all 3D-VLEARNT training programs.
The instructional system must have the five system functions of Management, Support, Administration, Delivery, and Evaluation in place to ensure the total instructional system is operational when reaching the field.
Evaluation is a central function in every phase of the process. The ISD process allows the instructional developer or design team to enter or reenter the various phases of the process as determined by the nature and scope of the development or revision activity.
